We are passionate about you keeping more of the money raised. We are proud to tell you we only require payment equal to 20% of what was raised max, all the way down to only 10% for a ‘live Lap-A-Thon fundraiser’, and only 15% to 10% of a ‘virtual fundraiser’. The more you fundraise, the lower our percentage goes.

We also absorb all the monetary risk for you. We pay for all needed event expenses leading up to the event. You spend no up-front money. We don’t get paid or reimbursed for expenses until after the event is over and fundraising dollars have been raised and accounted for.

Depending on how much you fundraise, for smaller amounts we require reimbursement for the main event expenses. These don’t usually add up to much, and consist of things like the automatic lap counting system and integrated packet pickup (only a couple bucks per participant, and only for the Live Lap-A-Thon style), event liability insurance if your entity doesn’t cover it already, etc. We can show you an exact list of what these would be for your event beforehand, and we will show you along the way.

We will be sharing exactly what we spend with you, and can even show you what to expect before you ever get started. We are an open book on this. We will also make anyone you want “Admin” in the online system with full view of all financials.

Prior to the event ‘going live’, you will connect your entity’s Stripe account (if you don’t have one, we will help you get one created and connected, which is free to do).

After the event is finalized, and the money has been sent to your account, you will send us our contracted amount. We will never see a penny of your revenue into our account throughout the process.

You will get one of our ace coordinators assigned just to your fundraiser, available from before it starts until after it’s over.

If your participants have an issue needing dealt with, you just pass it along to your Endless Loop Coordinator and get back to whatever you were doing.

We will use a cutting edge fundraising platform to setup your fundraising event for you. It will be customized with your entity’s logo, colors, and info.

We will walk you through each stage of what to communicate to your potential participants, their potential donors, and your potential sponsors.

You will gain access to our proven, tried and true Communications Plan to help you maximize your reach and dollars raised.

For Live, In-Person events, we set it all up, execute it onsite, tear it all down, and clean up after ourselves.

We just ask for a couple volunteers to help us while we’re there. They don’t need to know anything until a few minutes before it starts. We are in and out in only a few hours and will leave the property better than we found it.

We will wrap up all the fundraiser details for you once it’s over. You’ll promptly receive reports showing all the numbers. We won’t disappear until you feel good about everything.
